Actuator Locking System

The Actuator Locking System(ALS) is a mechanical system that links a MOV into the mechanical valve interlock steps or process. The ALS is custom made to the specific actuator design. It mechanically blocks the power supply, position indicator and manual override of the actuator, using our standard, linear key mechanism.

• Suitable for linear and rotating actuators
• Suitable for electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators
• Mechanically locks power supply, emergency override and position indicator
• Multiple keys are exchanged between the different locked components of the actuator
